The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our Sales, Marketing and Management Team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/workshops, and complete solution architecture definition.

• Test Planning and Execution: Review business requirements, create detailed test cases, execute tests, and document findings. 
• Defect Management: Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams. 
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing after defect fixes to ensure stability. 
• UAT Participation: Validate that the solution meets business requirements with users. 
• Data Migration: Verify data migration and integration with other systems. 
• Test Data: Create and maintain test data. 
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the testing process. 
• Collaboration: Work with development, business analysis, and other teams to ensure quality. 
• Staying Updated: Monitor new Salesforce releases and suggest changes. 
• Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. 
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing and analyse system performance. 
• Communication: Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
