Lead QA efforts for Salesforce projects: design, implement and execute test cases (manual), ensure QA delivery quality, leverage AI tools for QA, manage and mentor QA team, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track issues in Azure DevOps/Jira, create risk/contingency plans, and report status to management within Agile environments.

Must Have:
- Experience working with Salesforce Technology.
- Experience leading the QA team
- Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks.
- Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
- Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
- Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
- Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Certification:
- Salesforce Admin certification
Good to Have:
- Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification
- Exposure to Salesforce business analyst
- Experience with Salesforce automation testing
