Salesforce tech lead with relevant Salesforce experience of 6+ years in design and development of applications, hands on with Salesforce Configuration, Integration, Apex coding, and Lightning.

Must Have

  • Experience with Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Salesforce APIs.

  • Experience working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Salesforce limitations.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON).

  • Experience in implementation of Sales and Service Cloud.

  • Development experience in LWC

  • Experience with Agile Development processes, Continuous Integration, Deployments.

  • Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Force.com development best practices.

  • Comprehensive experience debugging, troubleshooting issues on Salesforce.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

  • Experience with technically managing & mentoring a team

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in client discussions, discovery sessions.

  • Collaborate with TA/SA on Solutioning, work estimations.

  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions.

  • Communicate with Project Team regarding status, technical issues.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Admin, PD I,II.

  • Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.

Good to Have

Experience in implementation of Salesforce Community Cloud.
