Job Description: 

Support SAP Concur related queries from different entities.

• Consult and support basic configuration when requested.
• Aligning with Global team for changes in the system.
• Will be part of internal CoE and support the onboarding entities.
• Handling Incidents and user queries through ticketing and emails.
• Learn very fast, have a high impact and start-up approach.
• Documentation of all SOPs and Implementation Checklists

Work Result: SAP Concur Junior Consultant with 3-5 years of experience

Responsibility: 

• Minimum of 3 years working in supporting administrative activities in Concur (User creation, Data maintenance, Jobs Monitoring, Issue Analysis)
• Good customer facing skill and experience.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in ticketing tools
• Must be an efficient team player and ability to work independently as well.
• Strong communication, fluent English and interpersonal skills are must. Ready to learn extremely fast in a very agile, high pace environment.
• Ability to critical thinking and proven analytical skills. Ability to think “out of the box” is essential.
