Leads Agile software projects as a Scrum Master and project manager. Facilitates Scrum and Kanban practices, manages backlogs, project plans, dependencies, scope changes, risks, communication, and critical paths. Promotes continuous improvement, team collaboration, constructive feedback, and Agile maturity while coordinating with senior stakeholders. Requires strong relationship management, communication, prioritization, organization, and knowledge of system flows, interfaces, infrastructure, and Agile project-management tools.
Skills Required :
⦁ 3 -10 years of relevant experience acting in a Scrum Master and project management
capacity.
⦁ Skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
⦁ Ability to understand system flows, interface details and system infrastructure.
⦁ Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills;

ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
⦁ Ability to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents,
including identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
⦁ Ability to Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve Agile
performance.
⦁ Ability to review and manage backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured
and updated as appropriate.
⦁ Experience in creating a collaborative team environment and provide constructive
feedback in order to drive Agile maturity.
⦁ Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise
contingency.
⦁ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
⦁ Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a
team environment.
⦁ Strong familiarity with Agile project management software/tools.
⦁ Proficient with JIRA MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and
PowerPoint. Skills Desired
⦁ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
⦁ PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification
