- Strong understanding and experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional).
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
