Your Background:

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of physical security operations to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, managing security staff, coordinating with law enforcement, and conducting risk assessments

  • Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Supervise and manage security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security audits.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security.
  • Manage access control systems and visitor management protocols.
  • Prepare reports on security status and incidents for senior management.
  • Lead investigations into security breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation/Equivalent Education
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in security management or law enforcement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of surveillance and security systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • A military experience will be a added advantage.
