Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including issue resolution, performance tuning, patching, and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues related to provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of workflows, rules, and policies within SailPoint IIQ.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with systems such as Active Directory, Azure, LDAP, and HRMS.
Monitor and maintain audit logs, compliance reports, and system health checks.
Participate in change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
Document technical configurations, support procedures, and knowledge base articles
