The purpose of this role is to assist with day to day aspects of delivering data processing services for our clients. This role is inclusive of documentations, quality control, and schedule management. This role would have limited client engagement.

Key responsibilities:
Contributes to a high-quality technology solution as evidenced by solution audits and results
Has a basic understanding of file management, ETL and job scheduling concepts
Understands and implements data loading and QC validation concepts
Maintains appropriate documentation which may include an Operations runbook, Operations calendar and operations error log
