What We'll Bring:

QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software testing, including hands-on expertise in automation and test management tools.

What You'll Bring:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Manage and maintain test cases and test plans using test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to best practices in testing and automation.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Experience with test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
