To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an IT & Application Development Coordinator in Chennai, India.

This role will act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and external/internal development resources to coordinate application development, automation initiatives, and AI/ML and OCR-enabled digital transformation projects

What a typical day looks like:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, domain experts, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate application development and enhancement projects from requirement gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and developers to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Support AI/ML and automation initiatives by identifying business opportunities and coordinating implementation activities.
• Coordinate OCR-based digitalization projects for document processing, data extraction, and workflow automation.
• Facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, manage timelines, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirements, process maps, user stories, testing scenarios, and project documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Work with compliance, security, and IT governance teams to ensure organizational standards and policies are followed.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Support training, change management, and user adoption activities for new applications and automation solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, AI/ML capabilities, OCR solutions, and digital transformation trends to help identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and business users during solution evaluation and implementation activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, application support, business analysis, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in application development or automation projects.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to low-code platforms, automation tools, or enterprise applications is preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and OCR-enabled document processing solutions.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process documentation, testing coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
