Job Summary
We are seeking a senior consulting to drive analytics-led business transformation for global clients. This role will own strategic client relationships, shape high-impact consulting programs, and lead cross-functional teams across analytics, insights, and decision transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in analytics consulting, commercial strategy, and program leadership, with the ability to connect business priorities to scalable analytics solutions. This role requires a strong balance of advisory capability, delivery ownership, revenue responsibility, and talent leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across commercial, marketing, category, and business leadership teams.
- Lead strategic problem solving and shape consulting engagements from diagnosis through execution.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured analytics and transformation programs.
- Build long-term client partnerships that drive measurable business value and account growth.
Consulting & Delivery
- Lead large, multi-market consulting programs spanning analytics, decision support, process redesign, and transformation.
- Oversee end-to-end engagement delivery, including scope, governance, quality, risk, and outcomes.
- Ensure analytical recommendations are commercially relevant, practical, and adopted by business teams.
- Drive integration across strategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams.
Practice & Capability Development
- Build consulting capabilities, methodologies, and reusable assets across analytics and business transformation.
- Mentor consulting managers and emerging leaders; create strong team structures and succession pipelines.
- Strengthen consulting culture through coaching, capability building, and high-performance ways of working.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of consulting talent.
Growth & Thought Leadership
- Support business development through proposals, client pitches, and solution shaping.
- Identify whitespace opportunities in existing accounts and drive revenue expansion.
- Contribute to thought leadership in analytics consulting, commercial transformation, and AI-enabled decision making.
- Represent the organization in senior client forums and strategic discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics consulting, business consulting, or transformation leadership.
- Strong experience leading large global or regional consulting engagements.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management at director and executive levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience growing accounts, consulting revenue, or strategic programs.
- Experience working with CPG, retail, or consumer-facing businesses preferred.
- Strong people leadership and consulting team development experience.
