Are you a finance professional with experience in the execution of project finance and M&A opportunities? Join AGL as a Senior Associate, Corporate Development, where you'll play a crucial role in executing high-impact mergers and acquisitions transactions and project financing AGL’s and Australia’s energy transition

What You’ll Do -  

  • Support M&A and project finance transactions from inception to execution. 

  • Build and refine financial models for project financing, divestments, and new business initiatives. 

  • Conduct due diligence and support integration planning. 

  • Assist in preparing investment proposals, board papers, and presentations. 

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making. 

 

What You Bring -  

  • 5+ years’ experience in investment banking, advisory, infrastructure funds, project finance, or corporate development. 

  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment. 

  • Ability to manage complex transactions and navigate legal, tax, and accounting considerations. 

  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in finance, economics, or a related field.
