Supports development and management of renewable energy carbon credit portfolios, including registry compliance, project development, customer relationships, deal support, and collaboration with business development teams. Monitors emerging climate technologies eligible for carbon credits and helps integrate new technologies into existing methodologies while supporting portfolio targets.
- Assist in developing the Company portfolio of renewable-based carbon credits in removal, reduction, and avoidance.
- Maintain the Company’s registration status and manage the interface with registration bodies such as IREC Standard and other global/local Carbon registries.
- Coordinate and support the Renewable Energy Portfolio Manager to deliver on company targets.
- Build relationships through account management for maximum customer success.
- Assist the Renewable Energy team and the BD team in identifying and closing important deals – on both the buyer and supplier side.
- Assist and manage the development of new renewable energy-based projects. • Maintain an outlook on emerging technologies in the climate space that are eligible for credits.
- Support fellow teams on cross-cutting technology aspects that can be integrated into status quo methodologies.
