The role also represents the company at industry events and supports carbon solutions aligned with client sustainability and net-zero goals.

Lead industrial decarbonization and energy-efficiency consulting across hard-to-abate, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, food and beverage, and textile sectors. Responsibilities include energy audits, carbon-footprint assessments, data analysis, solution identification, decarbonization roadmaps, training, monitoring, reassessment, and advising on renewable energy, cogeneration, regeneration, waste-to-energy, and other conservation measures. Support business development and presales activities while managing relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Design branded PowerPoint decks, Word documents, PDF proposals, reports, charts, graphs, infographics, and icons. Collaborate with design, business development, leadership, and cross-functional teams to communicate climate impact clearly. Maintain brand consistency, create reusable templates and content libraries, manage version control, organize assets, and rapidly incorporate feedback while meeting tight deadlines.

Own AFOLU emission reduction estimations and ex-ante carbon credit benchmarking across project feasibility, investment, validation, verification, and issuance stages. Develop standardized calculation templates, research credible market and scientific data, ensure alignment with carbon standards, and collaborate with project SMEs, finance, and operations teams. Support reconciliation and justification of calculations, maintain benchmarking analytics, and deliver internal training on estimation best practices.

Leads ProClime’s technical vision and practice for high-integrity AFOLU and nature-based carbon projects. Oversees origination, structuring, registration, MRV, verification, issuance, monetization, monitoring, and portfolio management across ARR, REDD+, agroforestry, IFM, sustainable land management, and blue carbon. Advises governments, investors, corporates, auditors, communities, and partners; builds governance and quality systems; leads external representation; and mentors a multidisciplinary team of 15–20 professionals.

Drives business development in carbon markets by identifying clients, partnerships, and projects; managing carbon credit transactions; developing pricing and market-entry strategies; nurturing stakeholder relationships; monitoring project milestones, revenue targets, and pipelines; and collaborating with finance, legal, technical, government, and environmental partners to deliver carbon solutions.

Analyzes financial statements, conducts variance analysis, supports budgeting and forecasting, prepares management reports, and monitors compliance with financial policies and internal controls. The role also collaborates with department heads to collect budget inputs, documents standard procedures, and identifies financial process discrepancies.
