Job Description
Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition
KRAs
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for a wide range of Non IT ( Ops/Delivery) /IT /Support positions roles of varying levels.
- Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
- Contribute to Operations Processes hiring - backend Ops , customer care, implementation, quality etc.
- Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties.
- Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, referrals etc.
- Candidate Engagement and Management.
- Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand
- Support in MIS and routine process related activities
We’re Looking for People Who Have
- Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in Non- IT Hiring (Ops /Delivery) /Support Hiring with some exposure in IT hiring.Graduate preferably MBA.
- Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Tech/Non- tech/Support roles.
- A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English.
- Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics.
- Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Willing to work 5 days from office.
