Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior Associate, to join our Care and Billing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the seamless closure process for outgoing customers, performing billing account reconciliations, and driving cross-functional process improvements.
You will join a global, collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, minimizing escalations, and optimizing upstream and downstream Care workflows across regional markets.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Manage customer account closures and account reconciliations, ensuring accurate billing details and facilitating the return of associated inventory.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional global teams—including Sales, Customer Support, and Billing—to address customer inquiries, streamline transition steps, and drive process improvements across all regional countries.
Responsibility 3: Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards, company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations throughout the customer closure lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in customer care, Salesforce Billing systems, and order management, including account setup and profile changes.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, billing processes, customer care workflows, and international voice operations.
Proven ability in data analysis, problem-solving, active listening, and managing tight deadlines with outstanding accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent degree in business, administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
