We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This role demands strong experience in building, deploying, and managing cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure. You’ll play a key role in maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and supporting cloud-based data workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1. Azure DevOps & Automation: Design and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML & Classic) for application, infrastructure, and data workloads. Integrate pipelines with ACR, AKS, ADF, and App Services for seamless end-to-end deployment. Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM. Implement environment promotion strategies (Dev → Test → UAT → Prod) with approvals, branching policies, and artifact management.
- 2. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): Configure and manage AKS clusters, including node pool scaling, RBAC, and ingress controllers. Implement GitOps or Helm-based deployment models. Integrate AKS with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Policy for compliance and observability. Manage container security, image scanning, and workload isolation (e.g., using ACR tasks or Defender for Containers).
- 3. Azure Data Factory (ADF): Build, deploy, and monitor ADF pipelines for ETL and data integration across Azure SQL, Data Lake, and Synapse. Automate ADF deployments using DevOps pipelines or PowerShell/ARM templates. Manage ADF integration with Key Vault, Managed Identity, and Private Endpoints. Support version control, dependency management, and testing frameworks for ADF workflows.
- 4. Azure Web Apps & Compute: Design and manage Azure App Services, Function Apps, and Web Apps for Containers. Automate code deployments and configuration management using DevOps release pipelines. Implement auto-scaling, slot swaps, and blue-green deployments. Manage Azure VMs, VMSS, and extensions for hybrid or legacy workloads. Ensure infrastructure resilience with Availability Sets/Zones, Load Balancers, and Recovery Services Vaults.
- 5. Monitoring, Security, and Governance: Integrate applications and infrastructure with Azure Monitor, App Insights,Log Analytics, and Grafana dashboards. Implement role-based access control (RBAC), Managed Identities, and Key Vault secrets management.
Position Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps roles, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, including pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and managing containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and principles.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
