Your Opportunity

Work in collaboration with a team to deliver analytics projects that address key business problems and needs of Roche and its affiliates across the globe

Process small and large scale secondary healthcare datasets and perform complex analysis to derive insights

Present the findings from the analyses to the stakeholders in an effective and structured fashion and transform business requirements into a guided analytics prototype to provide business and data insights

Design, develop and QA in QlikView/ QlikSense applications integrating reporting components from multiple data sources

Work closely with BI team to provide input on appropriate solutions to meet business requirements and are consistent with current reporting standards and processes

Generate qualitative / quantitative reports that communicate the key takeaways in an easy to understand manner

Develop and / or maintain experienced knowledge of the constantly evolving healthcare marketplace

Ability to take complete ownership and work with minimal guidance to make valuable contributions in a dynamic environment. Collaboratively work in a team based environment and contribute to the internal initiatives help grow the team

Help the team prioritize across competing stakeholders requests to ensure focus on activities of highest importance
Who you are
-
You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2 - 5 years in the analytics / consulting space preferably in the Pharma /Biotech / Healthcare domain. Preferably, you have a Master's degree

Have knowledge of statistical data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel

Experience in developing BI Solutions supporting performance reporting such as QlikView/ QlikSense. Strong knowledge of building QlikView and QlikSense dashboards applying business rules and data validations

Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards

You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic coupled with high motivation and a go-getter attitude and high attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
