The Senior BIM Engineer will develop and manage BIM models for metro and rail projects, coordinating with various teams for integration, performing clash detection and model validation, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and automating workflows. The role requires strong experience in infrastructure projects and proficiency in relevant software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for metro and rail infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, track, and MEP teams for seamless integration.
- Perform clash detection, model validation, and coordination reviews.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, BEP, BS 1192).
- Automate workflows using Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools.
- Generate accurate quantities, schedules, and as-built documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of BIM experience in metro, rail, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of rail alignment, bridges, tunnels, and station structures.
- Experience with Dynamo, Python, or automation tools is a plus.
