Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clear, concise requirements.
- Document functional and technical specifications, ensuring all project objectives are captured.
- Communicate requirements effectively to development, QA, and design teams, facilitating a smooth workflow.
Workflow Design & System Analysis:
- Analyze business functions to determine operational objectives, evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Construct detailed workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write precise specifications.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and design modifications to enhance current practices.
Strategic Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and requirements planning.
- Interpret and evaluate research data, developing integrated business analyses to inform strategic decisions.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Perform regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Recommend changes to senior management, backed by analytics, and actively participate in the implementation of approved modifications.
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Take on additional responsibilities such as leading project design, and managing more complex projects.
- Engage with higher-level stakeholders, including senior management and executives, influencing project direction and decision-making.
- Lead the feedback loop, ensuring that all stakeholder input is addressed and integrated into the project lifecycle.
Education / Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Min 6+ years exp in Requirements Gathering
- Understanding of SQL Database and API is a must
- Understanding of Diagram and Wireframing tools such as Draw.io/ Balsamiq/ Miro/ other is a must
- Understanding of Project Management tools such as JIRA/ Trello/others is preferred
- Prior experience of working with a Product company is preferred
- Logistics/ Supply Chain Management / E-commerce Domain preferred
