The Senior Procurement Manager for Global Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership across sourcing and procurement activities in India while also overseeing global corporate services categories. . The individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, embedding procurement into strategic decision‑making and transformation initiatives.

  • Leading and developing a high‑performing team of sourcing professionals, driving capability uplift and fostering a growth mindset culture.
  • Overseeing end‑to‑end strategic sourcing delivery across multiple categories, ensuring compliance, commercial impact, and alignment with global priorities.
  • Collaborating across Procurement, Legal, and stakeholders to embed best practices, strengthen supplier relationships, and leverage AI‑enabled tools for efficiency.
  • Owning performance reporting, delivering savings, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction while continuously improving processes and outcomes. 

This role is responsible for driving savings, value, innovation, and compliance while ensuring Procurement supports wider business objectives through proactive collaboration and effective supplier management.

To ensure standardisation of processes & approach to stakeholder engagement across category teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to India based sourcing professionals across multiple categories.
  • Create a high-performance growth mindset culture focused on speed, quality, commercial impact, and stakeholder experience.
  • Drive structured capability uplift through training, development plans, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
  • Ensure clear prioritisation, workload balance, and accountability across the team to meet business objectives.

Strategic Sourcing Delivery

  • Oversee end‑to‑end sourcing activity including market engagement, RFPs, category strategies, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Ensure sourcing events are executed consistently, compliantly, and aligned with procurement policy and governance.
  • Partner with Global Category leads to align sourcing activity with enterprise‑wide strategic priorities.
  • Challenge business requirements to eliminate non‑essential spend and maximise value for money.
  • Embed best practices and digital tools to improve sourcing efficiency and transparency.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leaders across business and finance functions.
  • Drive continuous engagement with stakeholders to understand needs, develop strategies, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Secure early involvement in key projects to align commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.
  • Communicate procurement value, compliance, and performance through regular reporting and dialogue.
  • Build strong relationships across OpCo's and functions to ensure consistent stakeholder experience.

Category Management:

  • Develop and implement category strategies that deliver performance, profitability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Standardize requirements and specifications by managing customer input and feedback channels.
  • Conduct spend analysis to leverage synergies across the enterprise supply base.
  • Maintain accountability for all phases of the sourcing process, including tendering, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Build, maintain and communicate a 12–24 month pipeline of renewals and initiatives to forecast savings and value delivery.
  • Lead market intelligence strategy to profile, benchmark, and assess supply markets.

Relationship Management:

  • Manage key strategic suppliers under the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and governance structures for strategic suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and risk mitigation.

Collaboration Across Procurement:

  • Partner with the TPRM team to integrate supplier due diligence, onboarding, and performance management into sourcing.
  • Support implementation of the Global SRM Framework to drive supplier innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Technology Category Manager to ensure resources are deployed at the right skill level and are delivering against the right priorities—particularly for complex technology sourcing and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure India Procurement is fully embedded into global processes, governance, and transformation initiatives.
  • Share best practices across global procurement teams to strengthen consistency and capability.

Governance & Process:

  • Ensure Procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and audit readiness across sourcing activities.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, process gaps, and inefficiencies across the sourcing lifecycle.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Implement best‑practice sourcing tools, templates, and analytics to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Support adoption of AI‑enabled procurement tools (e.g., Elissa AI, eRFP, Agents) to automate processes and improve compliance.
  • Own team KPIs including savings, influence on spend, cycle times, stakeholder satisfaction, and risk management.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on pipeline, performance, and risks to procurement leadership.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of cost optimisation, value delivery, and supplier performance outcomes.
