Job Title: MicroStrategy BI Lead Developer
Experience: 6 to 8 years

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MicroStrategy One Senior BI Developer to lead our Business Intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions using MicroStrategy, with a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms. Experience with Google Cloud data platform is a plus, as it will support our cloud migration and data integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI dashboards, reports, and analytics using MicroStrategy One.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and aesthetics.
-Deliver end-to-end BI project lifecycle, including data modeling, ETL workflows, and report development.
-Work closely with data engineers and cloud teams to integrate data from various sources, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
-Provide technical delivery, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members.
-Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and best practices.
-Stay updated on the latest BI trends, MicroStrategy features, and cloud data platform developments.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-6-8 years of experience in BI development, with a focus on MicroStrategy.
-Proven experience in designing and implementing BI solutions using MicroStrategy One.
-Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
-Knowledge/experience with ETL tools and processes.
-Knowledge of cloud data platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
-Experience integrating MicroStrategy with cloud data sources.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently
-Familiarity with other BI tools and scripting languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
MicroStrategy certification(s).
Experience with Google Cloud’s data ecosystem (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.).
Knowledge of Python is preferred
Experience with DevOps practices for BI solutions.
Prior experience working in agile development environments
