What You'll Do

As a Senior Developer, you’ll work with developers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts to design, build, and optimize mission-critical software solutions. Beyond development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping internal development standards, influencing best practices, and actively identifying opportunities to automate, improve tooling, and elevate customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive DevOps Experience – Proficiency in CI/CD, cloud platforms, containerization, and automation tools (preferably in a cybersecurity environment).
  • Proactive & Solution-Focused – Ability to analyze business challenges and deliver real, effective solutions.
  • Strong Programming Skills – A broad understanding of multiple languages and frameworks, with a track record of building scalable, extensible software.
  • Great Communicator & Influencer – Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building relationships, and driving positive change across the business.
  • Cybersecurity Mindset – A keen understanding of secure development practices and the ability to deliver platforms that support a full range of cybersecurity services.

Why Join Us?

This isn’t just a development role—it’s an opportunity to drive technological innovation, make a real impact, and work on cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. If you’re ready to push boundaries and shape the future of secure software development, we want to hear from you!

Required Skills

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of DevOps experience in a Software Development or Platform Engineering role, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and infrastructure management.
  • They should demonstrate expertise across a diverse tech stack, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, as well as front-end frameworks like AngularJS and React.
  • Additionally, experience with containerization (Docker), automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), and both SQL and NoSQL databases is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is essential for designing and deploying robust, cloud-native solutions.
  • A background in cybersecurity is a significant advantage, as the role involves developing secure, high-performance platforms that align with industry best practices. The successful candidate should be comfortable navigating complex technical environments, delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
