Striim is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is ready to make an impact in realtime data-streaming and large-scale data integration. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our high-performance data streaming platform. What you'll do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will build, deploy, and monitor software to ensure the system’s capacity and performance. The Sr DevOps Engineer will be responsible for system reliability, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA), support customer issues, and contribute to a secure and highly available infrastructure in a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in programming, system operations & latest distributed systems.
- 4+ years of experience in object-oriented languages such as Golang / Java / Python / Groovy / Nodejs.
- 1+ year experience in handling Production Systems in the cloud.
- Proficient in leveraging CI and CD tools such as spinnaker / argocd / tectoncd /jenkins/ github actions/ bitbucket pipelines to automate testing and deployment.
- Proven professional experience with Cloud platform Knowledge in AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Proven Cloud networking experience in VPC, NATs, and routers within a professional setting.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform.
- A background in database systems, specifically internals and transaction processing experience with real-time event processing preferred.
- Experience with Agile programming methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and collaborate with other engineers.
