What is the opportunity?:
We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with AIOps experience who merges traditional infrastructure automation with AI/ML to enhance system reliability, shifting from reactive to proactive monitoring. Key responsibilities include implementing intelligent log analysis and anomaly detection, automating incident remediation, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
Here is a breakdown:
- Contribute to DevOps and SRE initiatives across Workspace ONE Assist's global cloud infrastructure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD)
- Implement observability and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
- Manage infrastructure using Ansible and other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Troubleshoot and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Collaborate with developers to build resilient, self-healing systems
- Maintain and evolve our Windows (EC2) instance within AWS-based cloud infrastructure
- Write clean, maintainable Python code to automate operations and improve developer experience
- Contribute to infrastructure security efforts, including WAF, firewalls, audit logging, and compliance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Infrastructure automation with AI/ML
- Ability to work across infrastructure, application, and database layers
- Good communication and documentation skills
- This role requires on-call coverage for multiple time zones.'
What will you bring to Omnissa? (Required)
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
- Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of AWS or other public cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)
- Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Understanding of AI Ops principles
- Solid troubleshooting skills across systems, networking, distributed applications, and incident response practices
- Security-first mindset with experience in infrastructure security and compliance
