What is the opportunity?:

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with AIOps experience who merges traditional infrastructure automation with AI/ML to enhance system reliability, shifting from reactive to proactive monitoring. Key responsibilities include implementing intelligent log analysis and anomaly detection, automating incident remediation, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).

Here is a breakdown:

  • Contribute to DevOps and SRE initiatives across Workspace ONE Assist's global cloud infrastructure
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD)
  • Implement observability and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
  • Manage infrastructure using Ansible and other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
  • Troubleshoot and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments
  • Collaborate with developers to build resilient, self-healing systems
  • Maintain and evolve our Windows (EC2) instance within AWS-based cloud infrastructure
  • Write clean, maintainable Python code to automate operations and improve developer experience
  • Contribute to infrastructure security efforts, including WAF, firewalls, audit logging, and compliance
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Infrastructure automation with AI/ML
  • Ability to work across infrastructure, application, and database layers
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • This role requires on-call coverage for multiple time zones.'

What will you bring to Omnissa? (Required)

  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
  • Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of AWS or other public cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)
  • Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
  • Understanding of AI Ops principles
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across systems, networking, distributed applications, and incident response practices
  • Security-first mindset with experience in infrastructure security and compliance
