Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and talented Salesforce Developers to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that meet organizational needs. The role involves both hands-on development and support

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities).
• Recommend and implement best practices, provide sizing estimates, and analyze impacts of design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and participate in design and code reviews.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing; support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce systems and applications.
• Analyze and resolve bugs, issues, and defects in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures; stay up-to-date with emerging Salesforce technologies.
• Contribute to release planning and deployment activities.
• Assist in optimizing system KPIs and maintaining data integrity.
• Continuously innovate and propose new approaches to Salesforce development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Required Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud Certification.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions and implement Salesforce best practices.
• Experience working with third-party applications that integrate with Salesforce.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
