Key Responsibilities
Advanced and varied support. Documents key/critical transactions. Moderate to complex data entry and filling.
Handles moderately complex inquiries.
Images for distribution, tracks and indexes,
delivers incoming requests, researches location of new and existing documents.
May participate in special projects.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• High school diploma
•
Preferred:
2+ years relevant business experience
Proficient knowledge of unit's function and standard operating procedures. Strong interpretation. Proficient keyboarding/computer skills. Proficient organizational skills. Novice leadership and training
Excellent computer skills
Strong communications skills, both written and oral
Ability to prioritize and maintain quality
The expected salary range for this position is $41,600. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
