About this OpportunityResponsible for end-to-end monitoring, incident management, performance analysis, and optimization of CS Core, Packet Core (EPC), and IMS networks. The role ensures proactive issue detection, SLA compliance, and continuous network performance improvement.
You Will Bring
• Strong experience in CS Core, EPC (MME, SGW, PGW), and IMS (VoLTE/VoWiFi) • Expertise in KPI monitoring, RCA, and performance optimization • Knowledge of LTE/VoLTE signaling and core network architecture • Hands-on with tools like ENM, ENIQ, Cisco Prime, etc. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
What Will You Do
• Monitor CS/PS/IMS KPIs in real time and detect threshold breaches • Manage incidents end-to-end with RCA and timely escalation • Generate operational and KPI performance reports • Analyze trends and perform optimization (parameter tuning, KPI improvement) • Ensure SLA compliance and service quality • Coordinate with NOC, engineering teams, and stakeholders • Support maintenance activities and validate post-change performance
Success Metrics• SLA adherence (MTTD / MTTR) • Accurate monitoring and reporting • Reduction in repeat issues and KPI degradation • Improved network performance and customer satisfaction
Key Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Science • 5-8+ years in Core Network Monitoring & Optimization • Strong knowledge of KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Availability) • Experience in troubleshooting, KPI analysis, and reporting • Preferred: Automation, scripting, and trace analysis
