At Ericsson, we are seeking a hands on NMS/OSS engineer for an exciting opportunity working with Ericsson ENM/ENIQ (v23+ on rack or blade deployments) and related tools - experience with Anritsu Master claw B4 and Adva MOSAIC/ENC administration is a plus.
What you will do:
• Operate and maintain Ericsson ENM/ENIQ systems, including patching, upgrades, and deployment support.• Administer and troubleshoot OSS tools, north-bound interfaces, and network/security/fault/performance issues.• Manage hardware, virtualization, switching, and storage infrastructure while ensuring system reliability and uptime.• Use Linux/Windows administration, SQL, and scripting to automate tasks, and handle PKI, LDAP, and identity/security management.
You will Bring:
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson ENM/ENIQ v23+ on rack-mounted or blade deployments.• Proficiency in OSS north-bound interface troubleshooting with exposure to Anritsu Masterclaw and Adva MOSAIC/ENC administration.• Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS 7.9+) and Windows Server (2016+) administration skills, plus SQL/DBMS experience (Sybase IQ, Vertica, PostgreSQL).• Expertise in Unix/Shell/Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting.• Experience with SAP BO 4.X and Tableau administration and reporting workflows.• Knowledge of network, security, fault, performance, and backup management in NMS/OSS environments.• Hardware and virtualization skills with HP rack/blade servers, VMware/vSphere.• Basic troubleshooting in switching (Extreme, HP Aruba, Cubro) and storage (EMC, Dell Unity, HP MSA).• Security and identity management knowledge (PKI, IDAM, TBAC, LDAP/BIND).• Familiarity with call-flow protocols (Diameter, SIP, RTP, MAP) for VoLTE and CS Core networks.• Experience in ENM/ENIQ patch/package installation and understanding of containerization/Kubernetes (preferred).

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of work experience.Ericsson Network Manager (ENM)- hands-on work experience of ENM, EVNFM, EOCM product.
