About the Role

As a Senior Executive – CRM & Marketing Automation Team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Frost & Sullivan’s CRM operations in a non-technical capacity. You will focus on ensuring the quality and integrity of data within the CRM system, supporting Sales and Marketing teams, and generating actionable insights to drive business success.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify C-suite contacts within target companies and execute personalized 1:1 marketing campaign to promote Frost & Sullivan’s services and generate qualified leads.
  2. Lead Qualification: Analyse inbound client queries, assess sales readiness, and route qualified leads to the appropriate teams.
  3. Database Management: Maintain and update CRM databases, including data validation, deduplication, and ensuring overall data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Research & Database Development: Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and key decision-makers to enhance database quality and support business development initiatives.
  5. Industry Categorization: Evaluate company profiles, classify them into relevant industry verticals, and identify key decision-makers.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely lead follow-up, gather feedback, and drive continuous process improvements.
  7. Insights & Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to deliver actionable insights for relevant stakeholders. Provide periodic analysis based on these insights to Management
  8. Process Documentation: Create and update CRM process documentation and training materials to support operational consistency.

Required Competencies:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 3-5 years of work experience who can handle multiple stakeholders.

The candidate needs to possess the below skillset:

  • Technical Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    2. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Expertise in Power BI and data visualization techniques.

  • Soft Skills:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  1. A proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies.
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years in CRM, database creation through web research, or a related field and experience in building Power BI dashboards. Willingness to learn and adapt to CRM tools is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
