We are looking for a Senior Executive – Procurement to join our SCM team and support procurement operations for our aircraft development program. The candidate will work closely with the existing SCM team members and will be responsible for RFQ coordination, supplier follow-up, purchase order processing, delivery tracking, documentation, and procurement MIS reporting.
The role requires strong execution discipline, vendor coordination skills, Excel/ERP proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Stores, Finance, Logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
A key requirement for this role is AI proficiency and digital capability. The candidate should be able to use AI tools and digital systems to improve RFQ tracking, supplier communication, quotation comparison, procurement reporting, and daily SCM productivity.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in procurement / sourcing / supply chain
- Strong RFQ, PO, supplier follow-up, and delivery tracking experience
- Good understanding of engineering procurement and supplier coordination
- Strong Excel, ERP, and MIS reporting skills
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent.
- Good communication and follow-up discipline.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, manufacturing, or engineering industries preferred.
