Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience creating impactful branding and marketing collateral.

Candidates from the Education/Higher Education sector will be preferred. Prior experience with Advertising Agencies, Creative Agencies, Branding Agencies, or Digital Marketing Agencies will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UI/UX design, creative design, PowerPoint (PPT) design, and video making. This individual will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our brand and business objectives.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create high-quality visual designs for marketing, branding, events, and corporate communication campaigns.
  
• Design brochures, prospectuses, flyers, standees, banners, presentations, reports, and other print collateral.
  
• Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, website banners, emailers, and campaign assets.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns and promotional activities.
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative technologies.
  
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro (Video Editing), Adobe Lightroom (Photo Editing & Retouching), UI Design & Wireframing, Marketing Campaign Design
  
• Infographic Design, Presentation Design (PowerPoint & Google Slides), Email Marketing Design, Landing Page Design
  
• Strong experience designing for digital platforms: social media, websites, emailers, and digital ads
  
• Deep understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and design systems
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design collaboration
  
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  
• Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign)
  
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  
• Creative flair and an eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box.
  
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to customers.
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following:  

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design
  
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  
• Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign)
  
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  
• Creative flair and an eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box.
  
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to customers.
  
• We’re talking corporate clients, professional services, enterprise software, that world. Not consumer brands or retail.
  
• Background working in an agency setting or within an established organizations marketing team.
  
• A portfolio that showcases your work across various B2B deliverables: case studies, sales presentations, corporate brochures, event materials, digital campaigns, and more.
  
• Strong presentation design skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
  
• Working knowledge of AI design tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canvas Magic Design, Figma AI features, Photoshops generative fill, Beautiful.ai, or Gamma
  
• Strong portfolio covering branding, digital design, UI/UX, and marketing creatives
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma or Sketch
  
• Solid knowledge of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual communication
  
• Excellent communication and project-management skills
