Lead insights and analysis for assigned clients by applying data science methods, managing multiple analytics engagements, preparing and integrating datasets, communicating findings, and developing the analytics team through training and escalation management.
The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Insights and Analysis activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Role Summary
Execute independent high-impact data science projects and research, driving business strategy through advanced data insights. Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Owns measurement and marketing science models across MMM, incrementality, forecasting, and market design. Develops and validate models, then works with AI Agent Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build custom predictive solutions that solve critical business issues
- Lead development of marketing mix models using Bayesian methods and custom approaches tailored to client needs
- Design and execute incrementality studies and forecasting models that drive media investment decisions
- Familiar and skilled with using AI Agents to work faster and more efficiently. Can develop AI applications: not expensive to build, run, or interface with
- Validate and improve existing deployed AI tools and mature MMM workflows serving current clients
- Create client-ready deliverables: model outputs, insight summaries, and strategic recommendations
- Contribute to methodology standards and best practices that scale across the Data Science pillar
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data science with experience in marketing measurement, econometrics, or causal inference
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with production-grade code quality
- Track record of translating complex statistical outputs into clear business recommendations
- Experience working with advertising data and strong familiarity with advertising concepts (reach, frequency, conversion metrics, etc.).
- Experience building and deploying MMM, attribution, or incrementality solutions
- Experience in working with advertising on Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, media strategy)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on GCP or AWS with Google Meridian or contribution to open-source measurement tools
- Experience deploying models as APIs or automated decision systems
Familiarity with LLMs/AI agents and how they can interface with statistical models
Ability to turn research results into customer-facing slides, including executive summary, methodology, research results, and conclusions.
