AGL’s Health, Safety & Environment team have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – HSE Technology & Reporting.
Based in Melbourne, this role leads the innovation and strategic direction of HSE digital systems and reporting across AGL. You will be championing the development, implementation and improvement of cutting-edge HSE technologies to achieve AGL’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring HSE digital systems are future-focused, aligned with emerging trends and integrated into AGL’s broader digital framework.
- Innovating reliable digital systems to empower HSE teams and stakeholders to perform tasks aligned to HSE policy and strategy.
- Provide strategic recommendations through technology to enhance HSE performance.
- Using advanced data management and analytics solutions to offer stakeholders consistent, timely and accessible insights into HSE performance.
- Support and deliver training for stakeholders in the effective use of HSE digital systems.
- Working closely with HSE Leadership Team to shape AGL’s strategic focus on technology and reporting, elevating HSE performance across the enterprise.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in the design, development and optimisation of HSE digital systems, ensuring they are scalable and future-proof
- Advanced Project Management and Change Management across IT and Digital Systems
- Awareness of emerging technologies and applications to enhance UX.
- Experience in strategic use of advanced analytics tools (PowerBI or similar)
- People Leadership and ability to form strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience of developing and leading advanced data analytics initiatives
