Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer-L3 to join our Data Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a 24/7/365 data center environment, ensuring maximum network uptime and the seamless delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for security systems and high-level routing and switching, driving excellence in customer support and stakeholder communication.
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the daily operations of the 24/7/365 data center environment, managing high-level troubleshooting for routing, switching, and security infrastructure (including Firewalls and Web Application Firewalls) to ensure maximum network uptime.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Information Technology Infrastructure teams, Service Desk teams, and external vendors—including Internet Service Providers and Original Equipment Manufacturers—to resolve escalated incidents and ensure project deliveries meet established Service Level Agreements.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) disciplines, including incident, problem, and change management, while conducting regular security audits and maintaining standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in Network Engineering and Data Center Operations.
Strong knowledge of advanced networking protocols and hardware, including Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), and hands-on experience with Cisco Aggregation Services Routers (ASR-9K) and Nexus switches.
Proven ability in security management and troubleshooting, specifically with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco firewalls, as well as implementing Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
Mandatory certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCSA), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) 1-4, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Location: Navi Mumbai.
Shifts: Supports 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) managed operations.
