Role and Responsibility:
- Direct product strategy for a specific network products, new or established Perform client and market research to define and qualify product strategy and direction
- Build product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment
- Create product road maps and writes user stories and requirements
- Partner with engineering to ensure product strategy and requirements are aligned with development strategy and to orchestrate product development
- Engage delivery organization to ensure product operations and delivery capabilities are addressed
- Contribute to pricing strategies
- Monitor ongoing product fitness based on financial and client satisfaction metrics
- Perform competitive analysis and monitors business and technology trends relevant to product
- Participate with various teams regarding network, security and / or telephony projects, change tickets, and trouble tickets, etc. Assists in the evaluation of issue priority and provides front line response to various internal groups regarding product and solution support
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or 12 plus years of relevant work experience
- Hands on Experience in Firewall, Routing and Switching, Load balancer and NSX
- Knowledge in ACI plus
- CCIE DC or Routing & Switching is a plus
- Holds One of the following certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or CCDE
