Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance network architectures that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers).
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access.
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a network administrator or network engineer role.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN and network virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Work Environment:
  • Hybrid/On-site/Remote (customize as needed)
  • May require occasional travel to data centers or branch offices.
