Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Technical Operations Engineer to join our Information Technology team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical architecture of our Oracle Cloud Financials environment, ensuring robust access controls, enterprise data security, and the efficient management of our cloud resources.

As a senior technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to deliver innovative integration solutions, optimize system performance, and safeguard our critical financial ecosystem.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

  • Access & Role Management Controls: Design, implement, and maintain robust role-based access control policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive financial data, enforce segregation of duties, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Security: Implement and monitor security controls within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem to protect against cyber threats, conduct regular vulnerability assessments, and execute risk remediation measures.

  • Integration & Platform Management: Configure, manage, and continuously evaluate integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and external business systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, utilizing tools like Business Intelligence Publisher, Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)/Representational State Transfer (REST) web services.

  • Environment & Risk Cloud Oversight: Oversee the provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, and resource utilization of development, test, and production environments, while driving the implementation of the Oracle Risk Management Cloud module for advanced fraud detection and compliance monitoring.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials technical operations, with a distinct focus on access controls, security, and environment management.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, data encryption, and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

  • Proven expertise executing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud Conversions using File-Based Data Import (FBDI), Application Development Framework Desktop Integration (ADFDi), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) or Extensible Markup Language (XML) based integrations.

  • Hands-on development experience using Oracle's Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings alongside foundational functional knowledge in Finance and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.

  • Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams and senior corporate stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
