The Sr Payroll Specialist - EOR Partner Payroll role at Multiplier is designed for professionals with a deep understanding of payroll processes across multiple countries. Skills & Qualification- Expertise in EOR/GP with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, ensuring effective management of payroll across various regions
- Strong understanding of payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance in all payroll operations
- In-depth knowledge of local legislative and country compliance to maintain company alignment with regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills to efficiently handle client and employee queries
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve payroll-related issues effectively
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
