Senior Platform Manager

As a Senior Platform Manager at Infotel India, you will be responsible for leading our product strategy and execution across our platform offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our platform meets business objectives and customer needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the platform product strategy, vision, and roadmap to drive growth and customer value.
• Leading the planning and execution of product launches and enhancements, ensuring they align with company goals.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and prioritize development efforts.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess customer needs, and define product opportunities.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of platform initiatives and regularly reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Driving continuous improvement in product processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and innovations to help inform product development and strategic direction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or platform management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
• Experience in the technology sector, preferably within software platforms or services.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
