As the Senior Product Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the product analytics function from the ground up. This flagship role will empower data-driven decision-making across the product organization, delivering insights that improve product performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to develop a strong foundation for product data strategy, analytics, and measurement frameworks.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, and business teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs)  for our suite of software and API products and implement systems to monitor them.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations that drive product growth and improvement.
  • Establish best practices and develop systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Communicate insights and findings clearly and regularly to a diverse set of stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in product analytics
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
  • Proven ability to define and report on product KPIs
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Pendo, Fullstory, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build out a new function within a fast-paced environment.
