Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement
Our Talent Acquisition Enablement Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in program management, operations, technology. We drive transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences.
We're hiring an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact. The primary focus for this PgM will be to drive programs that optimize Middle of Funnel for TA. The ideal program manager for this role is someone who is passionate about process tooling, and data optimization as well as operational excellence.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $147,400 - $196,600
Zone B: $132,700 - $176,900
Zone C: $122,400 - $163,100
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you'll do
- Strategize, scope and execute programs around interviewing, scheduling, hiring committee/debrief and other middle funnel TA processes
- Partner with local and regional counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes
- Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement operations
- Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches and benchmarking to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Drive training and enablement programs, specifically around sourcing and process excellence
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and People Technology in order to deliver on the TA Enablement team's roadmap and programs of work
- Investigate issues and drive solutions optimize recruiting productivity and operational excellence
Your background
- 5+ years of experience in program management or operational roles in TA/HR/People organizations
- Experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of using project management and change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Adkar, PMP) to successfully drive complex projects
- Knowledge of TA practices and tools to drive recruiting success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Experience in the global technology industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees
