Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Project Senior Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of project management, technical data expertise, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive data strategy from design through implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor to business teams, particularly within Supply Chain, and ensure high-quality, scalable analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for analytics and data initiatives, leveraging prior hands-on data development experience
Engage with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on priorities
Evaluate existing reporting environments and define data requirements to meet business needs
Drive data strategy and architecture, from solution design through execution
Lead technical delivery of data projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and timeliness
Design and document technical solutions for complex data and analytics requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and support end users with reporting queries
Establish and promote best practices in instrumentation, experimentation, and analytics delivery
Apply a global and enterprise-wide perspective to analytics solutions
Design and implement database structures, models, and architectures
Oversee data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms
Monitor system performance, conduct testing, and drive continuous improvements
Provide training and support to internal teams on data systems and tools
Leverage data for exploratory, descriptive, inferential, and advanced analytics use cases
Technical Skills & Experience
Proven experience in consulting or delivery leadership, including opportunity shaping, solution design, and execution
PMP or equivalent project management certification (mandatory)
Strong understanding of:
Data Warehousing & Big Data Technologies
Data Engineering & Data Science
Complex Event Processing & Real-time Analytics
Data Visualization tools and frameworks
Experience in designing end-to-end data architectures for complex systems
Hands-on experience with:
Data ingestion, acquisition, and data pipeline development
Data storage, processing, and data asset management
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and analytics tools
Proficiency in at least one of: Python, R, MATLAB, or SAS
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and architectures

Strong communication and executive presentation skills
Highly driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to ideate and drive solutions
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Clear, structured thinking with strong attention to detail
Experience
8–11 years of progressive experience in analytics, data engineering, or related domains
Proven experience in high-impact, fast-changing environments
Prior experience working with cross-functional and global teams preferred
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
Strong foundation in data structures, databases, and cloud technologies
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
