TalentNeuron is looking for a well-rounded Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master in India who can provide project leadership while supporting product delivery across TalentNeurons engineering Scrum teams. The candidate will be responsible for program and project management of key initiatives needed to build and run TalentNeuron’s customer facing web applications and back-end data engine. These include browser-based applications, APIs and data feeds, data sharing partnerships, data harvesting and processing technologies, and data management tools.

The candidate will be responsible for project deliverables and schedule, dependency management, relationship management with Product, UX, and Data Science partners, team performance, timesheet reporting, and roadmap/release planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in an Agile/Scrum environment, has worked closely with business partners, has played a key role in supporting a customer-facing website and/or big data product, and has demonstrable experience managing relationships/expectations of the business and development teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure Agile/Scrum process is implemented effectively and provide coaching at the team level to maximize its benefits
  • Facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments
  • Report project progress to management and executive-level stakeholders
  • Communicate release plans with key stakeholders and end users
  • Develop processes to manage operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify systemic operational or process issues and resolve them; identify root causes and process improvements to prevent similar issues
  • Develop and track project plans in partnership with business owners and their product roadmap
  • Identify, plan for, and resolve dependencies between Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on associate’s timesheets

What you’ll need:

  • 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field preferred) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Strong experience with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile)
  • Deep working knowledge and understanding of Agile Software Development Methodology and incremental delivery
  • Experience with Continuous Integration practices/tools, open source frameworks, and a cloud-based ecosystem is preferred

  • Exhibits a desire to continuously improve, and shows a track record of improvement
  • Strong knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures
  • Strong ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training
  • Should be able to balance operational and development needs of TalentNeuron’s different applications and tools.

  • Preferred :


  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, platforms, and frameworks.
  • The Scrum Master can use AI to deliver predictive analytics and insights to aid in making decisions.
  • AI systems, for instance, can analyze historical data to forecast the team's velocity, spot future bottlenecks, and suggest enhancements.
