We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee projects focused on AI use cases, implementation, and enterprise applications development, particularly in the HR domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex global projects, leveraging AI technologies, and delivering enterprise solutions that drive business value. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for AI-driven initiatives and enterprise application development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that address business challenges, particularly in HR processes such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI technologies.
- Manage the development and enhancement of HR-related enterprise applications, including systems for payroll, performance management, learning & development, and employee self-service.
- Ensure applications are user-friendly, compliant with global regulations, and aligned with HR strategies.
- Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Coordinate and manage projects across multiple regions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among global teams.
- Navigate cultural and regulatory differences to deliver solutions that meet diverse stakeholder needs.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on AI and enterprise application strategies.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring project continuity and success.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI use cases, enterprise applications development, and HR-related solutions.
- Proven experience managing projects across multiple geographies and working with diverse teams and with with enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
