What will you do?
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from design to post-production.
- Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and oversee testing processes, including both automated and manual testing.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead efforts to implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Experience with statistical analysis and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Certification such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent is preferred.
