The Junior Quality Engineer will support testing activities for Amazon Connect digital channels, including chat, chatbot, and GenAI-enabled conversational experiences. The role focuses on functional, integration, and automation testing using modern AWS-native technologies.

The Junior Quality Engineer will support testing activities for Amazon Connect digital channels, including chat, chatbot, and GenAI-enabled conversational experiences. The role focuses on functional, integration, and automation testing using modern AWS-native technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for chat and chatbot journeys
- Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright
- Test Amazon Connect chat flows and backend integrations
- Validate GenAI chatbot responses for accuracy and fallback scenarios
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and defect triage
- Support migration testing from Genesys and LivePerson to Amazon Connect

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- 2+ years of Playwright automation experience
- Experience testing chat or chatbot applications
- Exposure to AWS-based applications
- Understanding of manual testing fundamentals
- Proven good communication and documentation skills
