Senior Project ManagerRole Overview

CUBE84 is seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives across multiple clients and industries. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle—from project initiation and planning through execution, governance, stakeholder management, and successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting services, experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans.

  • Establish project governance structures and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.

  • Monitor project health, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

  • Manage project financials, utilization, forecasting, and resource planning.

Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.

  • Facilitate discovery workshops, solution discussions, project reviews, and steering committee meetings.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively handle escalations when required.

  • Provide regular status reporting, project updates, and executive-level communication.

Agile & Delivery Management
  • Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.

  • Ensure business requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans.

  • Track sprint progress, release readiness, and overall delivery performance.

Team Leadership & Resource Management
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams consisting of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA professionals.

  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.

  • Manage resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.

  • Identify team risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints and implement mitigation plans.

Governance, Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain project artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, budgets, and governance documentation.

  • Track and report key delivery metrics, including schedule adherence, budget performance, resource utilization, and quality indicators.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational delivery frameworks, security standards, and project governance requirements.

  • Drive lessons learned sessions and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Risk, Change & Quality Management
  • Establish proactive risk management practices and mitigation strategies.

  • Manage project change requests and scope adjustments while maintaining delivery commitments.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards through effective planning, reviews, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive resolution through collaboration with leadership and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8–12 years of overall project management experience, with at least 3–5 years managing Salesforce projects.

  • Proven experience delivering projects within a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.

  • Salesforce certifications and project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.) are highly desirable.

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical & Domain Expertise
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce products.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycles, release management, and deployment processes.

  • Experience working with enterprise integrations, data migration, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Jira, Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project management tools
