The Senior Software Engineer will implement and integrate the Acceldata platform, develop custom solutions, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
We’re looking for a technically sharp Senior Software Engineer to join our SNS team (professional services team). In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders, customers, and technical leads to implement, integrate, and customise our products to meet specific customer environments and other use cases in connectivity development in data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement and configure Acceldata platform integrations.
- Develop custom connectors, scripts, or lightweight microservices to support data ingestion, API integrations, or automation workflows in the customer success org.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, including connectivity, data mapping, transformation logic, etc
- Participate in building and maintaining internal tools to improve integration processes and reduce manual work.
- Write clear and maintainable code in Python or Java.
- Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for internal or customer-facing use.
- Learn and stay up to date with API integration, Connectors, Data virtualisation, and Database connectivity.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in software development, scripting, or integration work.
- Exposure to at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
- Understanding of web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or databases is a must.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic SaaS environment, and Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL tools, or log aggregation systems.
- Experience with tools like Postman, Git, Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or B2B enterprise software environments.
